Gonzalo Higuain scored twice as Juventus beat Bologna 3-0 at home. The Argentine had opened the scoring after just seven minutes, Massimiliano Allegri remain four points clear of Roma with a game in hand.

Higuain now has 12 goals in the league this season, with the striker netting five in his last three matches.

He has the second-best minutes-per-goal ratio in the league, scoring every 103 minutes; only Dries Mertens can better that.

Higuain was the only player in the top five to score this week, but in sixth is Ciro Immobile.

The Lazio striker scored a 90th minute goal as his side beat Crotone 1-0, they sit fourth in the table only one point behind Napoli.

Immobile has 10 goals now in Serie A, this was the first time he’s scored for seven matches. His last goal came against Sassuolo back in October.
